- Prepare and execute sworn documents
- Resolves transaction exceptions and defects
- Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
- Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance controls and policy requirements
- Ability to interpret policies, guidelines and processes
- Ability to multi-task; typing awhile reading, viewing multiple screens and systems, keeping up to date with new procedures and tracking all items processed
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Previous experience in motor vehicle operations or with the Department of Motor Vehicles preferred
- Knowledge of auto titles preferred
